Aidan had a monumental sophomore campaign at Paul Smith's College, participating in the USA Nordic Olympic Trials and winning multiple National Championships in Lake Placid, NY. Headed by Ripp, the Paul Smith's College men's Nordic team won the 1.3km relay and the overall team National Championship. Ripp was awarded two individual National Championships for winning both the 7.5km individual cross-country title and the 15km mass start.
