On the day of the trip you will be required to pick up the key directly from the Campus Safety Office. As the trip leader it is your responsibility to make sure that:

All your group have received Canoe Safety Training. ( List found here : Canoe Saftey Check )
The boats, life jackets (zipped) and paddles are all returned properly.
The key is returned to Campus Safety Office immediately after the trip.
