Why Paul Smith’s?

Paul Smiths fits my learning style (small class size & hands-on engagement), as well as being the most beautiful campus setting I’ve ever experienced. Our athletic program is efficient and, while competitive, our small-conference-status means we don’t have to have the competition bigger schools have amongst our own athletes, nobody is worried about getting bumped from the team which means we can afford to support our peers wholeheartedly.

Additionally, this campus allows me to step out of my dorm and step right into a lake, onto a rock-wall, into the mountains, or onto a bike, whatever my heart desires on a given day. This has allowed me to become an ever-more rounded athlete as the cross-training opportunities abound. Since coming here I have found success and self-improvement in climbing, swimming, and snowshoeing, a sport which I was unacquainted with until my enrollment.
