PSC Bobcats Place 4th at CCOCs in downpour at Seneca Lake State Park
John Thompson led a quartet of Bobcat Men to top 40 finishes at the Cross Country Only Championships to pace the team to a 4th place finish at Seneca Lake State Park.
The Paul Smith's College men's cross country team followed the lead of the women as both teams finished fourth at the Cross Country Only Championships held in steady rain at Seneca Lake State Park. The men's team was led by John Thompson (JR: BFA St. Albans/Bakersfield, VT) in 30:52 in 24th place overall. Brady Miller (FR: Caribou HS/Presque Isle, ME) placed 31st overall in 32:00 followed closely by Captain Zack Sprott-Scribner (JR: Watertown HS/Watertown, NY) in 32:30 and Connor Flynn (SO: Culpepper County HS/Jeffersonton, VA) in 32:31. Nathan Shader (FR: Tech Valley HS/Schodack Landing, NY) rounded out the top five for the Bobcats with a time of 343:32.
Clarkson University won the men's 8K with 19 points, followed by host school Hobart College with 57 points. Morrisville State plaed third with 96, while Paul Smith's scored 119 points, good enough for 4th place. Other schools and scoring follow:
