PSC Anglers Finish Second in NYTBF Qualifier
Ticonderoga, NY ~ The Paul Smith's College Bass Fishing Team earned a second-place podium finish over the weekend as they competed in the New York The Bass Federation (NYTBF) tournament on Lake Champlain.
The Collegiate Cup Qualifier tourney, which was based in Ticonderoga, saw teams fish for the honor to compete in the NYTBF Championship in Lake George next month. The Bobcat tandem of Mason Coburn (Colchester, VT), and Finn Rugg (Hinesburgh, VT) got on the podium in second place, while Brenden Lucia (Holden, MA) and Collin Trapiss (Macedonia, NY) also qualified for the tournament on Lake George.
The team will head to Lake Champlain again this weekend, this time with a home base of Point Au Roche as they compete in the North Country Bass Anglers (NCBA) tourney.
