Team Results
Six teams from the Yankee Small College Conference (YSCC) battled for the Bowling team championships at Sparetime Lanes in Lewiston, Maine.
Both NHTI and Great Bay Community College received byes to advance to the second round of the tournament.
Both Paul Smith's College 1 (#1 seed in the regular season) and Paul Smith's College 2 (#2 seed in the regular season) advanced to the semi-finals with wins over Eastern Maine Community College (EMCC) Gold and EMCC Blue respectively. PSC 1 defeated EMCC Gold by a score of
593 to 255, while PSC 2 beat EMCC Blue 513.6 to 483.2 to advance to the semi-finals.
PSC 1 beat NHTI in a close battle, 552.6 to 531.6 to advance to the finals. Meanwhile, PSC 2 bowled a challenging match with GBCC to win 483.2 to 443 to also advance to the finals.
PSC 1 saved their best for last, scoring 626.6 to 452.2 over PSC 2, in the Championship match.
