Bobcats Basketball Inks Sharp Shooter

Bobcats Basketball continue their recruiting momentum by signing sharp shooter Elijah Pettis. 

Pettis is a 6'0 guard from Doane Academy (Burlington, NJ). In his senior season he helped lead the Spartans to a 15-11 record averaging 10ppg and 4rpg. While playing for Coach Dan Williamson, Elijah earned "Most Improved" award as well.

"I chose Paul Smith's because of the location and the hospitality I received from Coach Boone," Pettis said on making his decision to join the Bobcat family.

"I think Elijah will thrive here at PSC. His shooting ability and length will continue to add to the firepower we hope to have. He is a player where his best days are ahead of him. We definitely have a diamond in the rough with him." "In addition to his basketball talents he is very respectable and comes from a great family and also played for a great coach." Coach Boone said in a statement about Pettis.
