Ashley Evans

High School:  Tully High School (2012).

Collegiate Academic Honors:  USCAA All-Academic Team (Spring 2013; Fall 2013; Spring 2014 and Fall 2014).  YSCC All Academic Team (Fall 2013, Fall 2014). Paul Smith's College Adirondack Scholar (Fall 2012, Spring 2013, Fall 2013, Spring 2014, Fall 2014).

Collegiate Athletic Honors:  

Snowshoeing (2013):  US Snowshoe National Women's Relay Champions (2013).  Ashley was the gold medalist at the International Snowshoe Championships in Manchester, NH in the Women's 4 X 100 Meter Relay, the 4 X 100 Mixed Relay, the 50, 100, and 400 meters.  Ashley placed second in the 1,500 meter race walk and the 200, the 800 and 1,500 meters.  She was the Junior A Women's International Snowshoe Champion (2013).  Ashley also won the Jenkins Mountain 5K Snowshoe Stampede in a time of 30:05.

Snowshoeing (2014):  US Snowshoe Nationals Co-Ed Relay Champions (2014).  At the International Snowshoe Championships in Granby, Quebec, Ashley won the 1,500 meter race walk, the 4 X 100 Mixed Relay, and the following sprints: the 50, 100, and the 400 meters.  She earned silver medals in the 4 X 100 Meter Women's Relay (2014). the 200, 800, and 1,500 meters to earn Junior A as well as Women's Athlee of the Day.  Paul Smith's College Striders Most Valuable Snowshoe Athlete (2014).

Snowshoe Racing (2015):  Ashley won Women's Snowshoe Athlete of the Day at the 2015 International Snowshoe Championships in Lewiston, Maine.  She was a member of the Women's 4 X 100 Relay Team and the 4 X 100 Mixed Relay Team that both won gold medals.  She won the 400, 800, and 1,500 meters as well as the 1,500 meter race walk, while earning three bronze medals in the 50, 100 and 200 meters.

Ashley placed second in the Women's age 20 - 24 category at US Snowshoe Nationals in Eau Claire, Wisconsin.  Ashley was a member of the Paul Smith's College women's team trio that placed third at nationals.  She was also a member of the 4 X 2.5 Women's National Championship Relay Team. 

Cross Country:  YSCC All Conference Team (2013 & 2014); United States Collegiate Athletic Association (USCAA) Women's Cross Country Student Athlete of the Year (2014).  Cross Country Team Captain (2014).
