PSC Golf has solid performance in Opening Weekend
Over the weekend the PSC Golf team traveled to Vermont to compete at the Rocky Ridge Golf Course and Green Mountain National Golf Course against schools such as Johnson State and College of St. Joseph's.
Wet weather provided a tough course at Rocky Ridge, but that did not stop PSC from placing 3rd. Taylor West and Austin Delosh were standouts and helped lead the team to a 3rd place finish. Green Mountain National provided great weather, but a long day. That did not seem to bother the team as they finished 2nd with Freshmen Justin Engler and Austin Delosh performing well.
"The team competed hard during both matches and through all adversity they kept fighting," Head Coach Rod Bushey said about his team's performance last weekend.
The Golf team will be in action again on September 10 at NHTI (NH).
