Timberwolves edge Bobcats in bowling match
February 5th, 2019 – Saranac Lake, NY – The Bowling team would host the SUNY Adirondack Timberwolves this Tuesday at Romano's Saranac Lanes. The format was 3 team games, and 5 baker games.
The 'Cats won the three-game series contests 2945 to 2921 giving the team a small cushion of 24 pins going into the five baker games. SUNY Adirondack would take all but one of the baker matches and would just slide past the Bobcats 3873 pins to 3860 pins.
The Bobcats were led by Senior Kalei Fenn (Newark Valley, NY) who put up a 637 series and had the high game for the Bobcats with 248. Junior Connor Bean (West Windsor, VT) was the next best with a 573 series, and a high game of 247.
The Bobcats return to the lanes next Thursday as they travel to Glens Falls to face SUNY Adirondack for the final match.
