Bowling Competes in RIT Tiger Cup
Over the weekend the Bowling team competed in the RIT Tiger Cup hosted by Rochester Tech. The tournament was a two day affiar, with many teams including the Bobcat's struggling with the Lane Pattern on the day. Leading the way for the Bobcat's on day one was Junior Connor Bean averaging 160 with a high game of 201 and finishing 16th out of 84 bowlers in the field. Kalei Fenn was the Bobcat's next best finisher averaging 155 pins on the day and shot highest game on the day for the Cat's with a 211. Although the team had some struggles the first day they managed to shoot the 8th best team set of day with an 855 and finished 10th on day one.
The second day day started bright and early and consisted of 8 baker games with a completly different pattern. The Bobcat's couldn't find a groove in the second day and struggled only managing a high game of 190 and moving down a spot finishing 11th out of 14 teams. The Bobcat's will take the next weekend off and head to their final major tournament of the fall semester on December 1st competing in the Northeast Classic in Lodi, NJ one of the toughest tournaments in College Bowling and the largest in the Northeast.
